He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2012 and is also authorized to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Charles has played an active role in the legal community, serving on the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Third Judicial Circuit of Kentucky.
